Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen, Logistik, Farmasi, atau jurusan terkait.

  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang PPIC & Warehouse, dengan pengalaman memimpin tim.

  • Diutamakan berasal dari industri manufaktur (Kosmetik/FMCG/Farmasi/Food & Beverage).

  • Memahami Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, MRP, FIFO/FEFO.

  • Menguasai ERP dan Microsoft Excel.

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analisis, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Menyusun dan mengendalikan perencanaan produksi sesuai kebutuhan.

  • Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku, bahan kemas, dan produk jadi.

  • Mengelola operasional gudang serta menjaga akurasi stok.

  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan stock opname dan penerapan FIFO/FEFO.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan Purchasing, Produksi, Sales, dan QA untuk kelancaran operasional.

  • Memimpin tim PPIC & Warehouse serta memastikan target departemen tercapai.
