We are looking for a fitness trainer!
Qualifications:
- Certified Gym Coach / Fitness Coach / Fitness Trainer
- 2+ years of experience as a fitness trainer
- Can demonstrate proper techniques
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing screenings to identify muscular imbalances, postural deviations, and restricted range of motion
- Deliver high-level verbal, visual, and tactile cues to ensure clients maintain proper form, spinal alignment, and core engagement
- Proactively modify exercises for special populations, including prenatal/postpartum clients, seniors, and those recovering from injury or surgery
- Maintain accurate records of client performance, milestones, and feedback to ensure long-term development and retention
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols by sanitizing equipment between sessions and ensuring the studio environment remains professional and organized
Other Details:
- Schedule: 6 days in a week; mall hours; no fixed day off
