Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower
- Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications
- Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress
- Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
- Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams
- Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR)
- Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities
Job Requirements:
Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project implementation
Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems
Has good communication skills
Willing to work overtime as needed
With commission incentives and load allowance
