Job Summary
The Creatives and Content Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content that promotes Lazer Music's artists, releases, events, and brand. This role leads creative campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring consistent branding, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and oversee multimedia content for social media, websites, streaming platforms, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Lead creative direction for music releases, artist branding, photoshoots, music videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with artists, producers, designers, videographers, photographers, and marketing teams.
- Write and edit captions, press releases, promotional copy, and artist biographies.
- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and platform analytics to improve content performance.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Oversee graphic design, video editing, and visual assets to maintain brand quality.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for singles, albums, concerts, and events.
- Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and content creators to increase brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all creative materials comply with copyright, licensing, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on music industry trends, digital platforms, and emerging content formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Mass Communication, Music Business, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, creative management, or the entertainment/music industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Spotify for Artists.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience managing creative campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in content management and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, or similar creative software.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for music, entertainment, and digital culture.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in artist management, music promotion, or record label operations.
- Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and website content management.
- Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media and campaign metrics.
