We are looking for compassionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Healthcare Care Services Representative. In this role, you will assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding healthcare plans, benefits, claims, billing, and provider information.
- Assist members in understanding their healthcare coverage and available services
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidential records.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while providing outstanding customer care.
- Coordinate with internal departments and healthcare providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Uphold HIPAA and company privacy standards when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- College graduates are welcome to apply, with or without BPO experience.
- College undergraduates (completed at least 2 years/72 units) must have at least 6 months of BPO or related customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, holidays, and onsite if required.
- Healthcare account experience is an advantage but not required.
