Drive business growth with PT Duta Abadi Primantara! We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand dealer networks, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Sales Promotion Teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Monitor sales orders, stock availability, and product delivery to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure timely collection and payment from dealers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve sales performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Retail, FMCG, Home Living, Furniture, Mattress, or Premium Consumer Goods industry.
Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in dealer management and business development.
Willing to travel within the assigned area.
Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
