Description
- Provide exceptional support to riders through various communication channels.
- Assist with inquiries related to service operations, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive experience for riders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve rider satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of rider interactions and report any recurring issues to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: atleast 2years completed in college
- Experience Level: 18 months of BPO/call center experience
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies:Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly.
- Qualities and Traits:Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
