Knowledge and Experience on Equipment Maintenance like:
- Routine Care. Perform regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and basic maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshooting. executes preventive and corrective maintenance, and drives equipment improvements to optimize Availability
- Spare Parts. Checking of equipment parts specification and proper coordination with the spare parts custodian on inventories, requisition,
- replacement, and disposal.
- Reporting. Promptly report equipment issues to supervisors; assist in fixing problems.
Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing (Production or Maintenance)
- Have basic mechanical and electronics knowledge..Ability to read and interpret Schematic Diagram, instructions, and machine manuals is a must.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
- Can operate the equipment
- Experience working with customized, non?standard, or offshore (China?built) machines
