Responsibilities
• Handle purchasing and procurement activities of the company
• Source and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for cost-effective purchasing
• Monitor delivery schedules, purchase orders, and inventory requirements
• Coordinate with different departments regarding purchasing needs
• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards
• Assist in supplier accreditation and evaluation
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, or any related course
- With at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Familiarity with packaging materials, printing processes, and related manufacturing supplies is preferred
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, inventory monitoring, and purchasing processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
