Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City
Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply (depending on account requirements)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals
Maintain professional communication with customers
