Responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, sharp attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills
-Assist to the day-to-day office operations of the sales department
-Coordinates with the CS Consultants/Manager pertaining to customer inquiries received for the day
-Monitors the call-to-order order service confirmation emails received daily
-Prepares document transmittals to concerned departments
-Other tasks related to the role will be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or coordination roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
-With background in sales is preffered but not required
