Job Responsibilities
Perform the company's daily accounting operations, including journal voucher preparation, bookkeeping, and account management.
Manage the company's cash and bank transactions, including cash receipts and payments, bank account operations, and treasury-related responsibilities.
Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including account reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Manage tax filing, invoice administration, and other tax-related matters.
Conduct cost accounting, review expenses, and analyze budget execution.
Assist with annual audits, tax inspections, and financial matters required by government authorities.
Manage fixed assets and maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Assist in improving the company's financial policies and internal control procedures.
Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma (Associate Degree) or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use Mandarin as a working language.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting within the manufacturing or oil and gas industry.
Relevant professional finance or accounting certifications are preferred (e.g., certifications issued by the Indonesian government or recognized private training institutions/professional associations).
Familiar with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with strong data processing skills.
Experience in cash management, banking operations, and handling receipts and payments.
Responsible, honest, and trustworthy, with strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
