Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our onsite team. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information through phone, email, or chat while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
