Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
PT. Whetron Jaya Indonesia looking for a Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to provide administrative and communication support to our General Manager in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between the General Manager of Operations and the Taiwan-based Head Office.
• Interpret and translate verbal and written communication in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and operational activities to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and business correspondence.
• Follow up on operational action plans and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager of Operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Mandarin Interpreter.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (Traditional Chinese proficiency is preferred).
• Candidates with HSK Level 4 or higher are encouraged to apply. ?.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under pressure.
• Experience in manufaturing industry is an advantage.
