Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents with at least 6 months of BPO experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Meet quality assurance standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Follow company procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
