Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries through phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
-Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services.
-Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records.
Qualifications
Option 1:
-At least a College Graduate
-With or without work/BPO experience
-Good English communication skills
-Willing to work onsite

-At least 2 years College Completed
-With at least 6 months of work experience (any industry)
