Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work onsite, if required.
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required (depending on account requirements).
