Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
- Understand clients' business requirements and recommend the most suitable software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Grow and manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
- For Senior Sales Manager applicants, lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in software, IT solutions, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
- Leadership experience is preferred for Senior Sales Manager applicants.
