Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
  • Understand clients' business requirements and recommend the most suitable software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Grow and manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • For Senior Sales Manager applicants, lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in software, IT solutions, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
  • Leadership experience is preferred for Senior Sales Manager applicants.
