Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Taguig. The HR Specialist will handle daily HR functions, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and administering payroll & employee benefits. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge and experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skill in Personnel Management, including employee relations and conflict resolution
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and foster a supportive workplace culture
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus
