Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer guest inquiries.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle additional requests.
Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Handle guest complaints politely and report to the Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
Ensure correct billing and process payments through POS or cash.
Assist in setting up, arranging, and cleaning dining areas before and after service.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and friendly personality.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Neat appearance, punctual, and reliable.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic English communication (to interact with international guests).
