Job Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to support business objectives.
Design and develop system solutions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, availability, flexibility, functionality, and usability.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate system requirements.
Work closely with the technical team to define technical standards, system architecture, and non-functional requirements.
Lead and provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
Prepare technical documentation, system design, and development estimates.
Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a dynamic development environment.
Develop tools, processes, and best practices to improve team productivity and system quality.
Ensure software development is delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
Apply Agile methodologies and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
Experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance/Consumer Finance company is mandatory.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system analysis, and system architecture.
Hands-on experience in system planning, solution design, estimation, and software delivery.
Good understanding of software architecture, operating systems, networking concepts, and distributed systems.
Familiar with Git, CI/CD, virtualization, containerization, and issue tracking tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor technical team members.
