Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Preferably with 5 Months of experience in Procurement and Purchasing.
- Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, canvassing, negotiation, and purchasing processes.
- Knowledgeable in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), supplier quotations inventory management, and stock monitoring.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Construction, Engineering, HVAC, or related industries is an advantage but not required
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the procurement process for goods and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking related to procurement activities.
