Job Summary
The Business Operations Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience in business management, operations, marketing, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Coordinate projects and monitor task completion.
- Organize and maintain company records and files.
- Communicate and coordinate with employees, suppliers, franchisees, and business partners.
- Assist in marketing and business development activities.
- Support franchise administration and operational documentation.
- Conduct research and prepare information needed for business decisions.
- Utilize productivity and AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
