Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Group HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Operations, and Compliance.
Partner with the executive team to drive organizational growth and workforce planning.
Establish HR policies, governance, and best practices across all business units.
Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
Monitor HR KPIs, budgets, and people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the HR team across multiple locations while fostering a high-performance culture.
Specific Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within a multi-unit or multi-site organization.
Proven experience managing HR across multiple business units, locations, or brands.
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or F&B industry is highly preferred.
Strong background in organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR strategy.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
Experience developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
Strong workforce planning and manpower budgeting skills.
Experience leading recruitment strategies for both operational and corporate positions.
Knowledge of performance management systems, succession planning, and talent development.
Strong compensation & benefits planning, salary structure, and payroll oversight.
Experience managing industrial relations, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Certified HR Professional (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
