Job Description:
Prepare and manage export documentation, including Shipping Instructions, Delivery Orders, Pro Forma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Export Declarations (PEB), Export Clearance Approvals (NPE), Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (COO), reporting to Bank Indonesia, and ensuring timely payment to shipping lines.
Coordinate with third-party service providers, including shipping lines and trucking companies, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Schedule and coordinate cargo loading activities.
Track shipment status and ensure all export documents are completed on time to facilitate customs clearance and cargo release at the destination country.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in International Business, Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
Fresh graduate up to 1 year of experience as Export/Import Staff.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Familiar with SAP system.
Good skills in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, etc).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication skills, multitasking, and high attention to detail in document handling.
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), Non-shift
Willing to work overtime if needed
