KUALIFIKASI :

  1. Lulusan S1 dan diutamakan dari Teknik Industri

  2. Pengalaman 1-2 tahun menangani kegiatan PPIC

  3. Diutamakan yang mengerti proses impor

  4. Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel untuk rumus-rumus : If, SUMIF, PIVOT, Vlookup, Hlookup, dll)

  5. Menguasai manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain)

  6. Memiliki ketrampilan analisis yang kuat, teliti, dan berpikir logis

  7. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (minimal Pasif)

  8. Penempatan di Cipondoh, Tangerang


JOBDESC & TANGGUNG JAWAB :

  1. Membuat perencanaan pembelian dan perencanaan produksi

  2. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak Internal (tim Finance, Sales, Procurement, Produksi) dan Eksternal (Vendor Luar Negri dan Forwarder) terkait

  3. pengurusan pembelian barang import mulai dari  penerbitan PO sampai dengan barang tiba di gudang,

  4. Melakukan pengecekan data Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) dari Forwarder

  5. Menginstruksikan bagian produksi untuk melakukan proses produksi sesuai jadwal dan jumlah yang sudah ditentukan

  6. Responsif terhadap permasalahan yang timbul terkait proses Impor
