About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang, West Java.
Our client is a Manufacture, Machinery/Equipment (Shock Absorber) company. Currently, they are looking for Die Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and improve stamping/progressive dies.
Troubleshoot die issues and implement corrective actions.
Support die trials, production start-up, and new product launches.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Monitor die performance and preventive maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
Job Requirements:
Experience more than 2-3 years in metal press operation and production process management.
Experience in mold / die maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to read product drawings and mold / die drawings.
Ability to propose improvements in mold / die design and production processes.
Leadership experience or potential to lead a small team in the future.
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Japanese language skill or experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
