MANAGEMENT AND

FINANCIAL REPORTING


  • Prepare check and journal vouchers
  • Prepare paychecks of employees and deposit of payroll
  • Management of petty cash transactions
  • Prepare weekly cash position report
  • Reconcile liquidations with cash advances of employees
  • Preparation of disbursement report and ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
  • Assist in preparation of yearly external audit requirements


GOVERNMENT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE

A.   BIR Compliance

  • Preparation and filing of monthly withholding tax for Compensation and Expanded including Alphalist
  • Preparation and filing of monthly VAT including VAT Relief (SLSP) and Quarterly Percentage Tax and Alphalist
  • Preparation and filing of Quarterly Income Tax Return including SAWT


B.    SSS/PHIC/HDMF Compliance

  • Filing and coordinating with immediate supervisor of the payment of monthly government

contributions


ADMIN

  • Preparation of documents for the expatriates – SWP, AEP, 9G visa


OTHERS

  • Other duties may be required
