We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Store Supervisor to oversee our daily store operations and lead our team to success. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare reports and assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or retail management experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in handling store operations and team management.
