Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in influencer marketing, social media management, or KOC/KOL outreach.
- Platforms: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, including video styles and engagement mechanics.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to manage, brief, and negotiate with creators.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, capable of managing large-scale, high-volume seeding campaigns and multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Data Analysis: Ability to track and analyze performance data, using tools like Seller Center, Fastmoss, Kalodata, Feishu, Excel or Google Sheets.
Common Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee) is often preferred.
Key Responsibilities Overview:
- Recruitment & Outreach: Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard potential KOCs/micro-influencers or KOLs/influencers via social media platforms.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a database of creators, fostering long-term relationships and handling daily communication, negotiations, and contract management.
- Campaign Execution & Seeding: Coordinate product sampling and seeding programs, ensuring KOCs receive products and create content on time.
- Content & KPI Monitoring: Track content creation, including the number of videos, engagement rates, and ROI to ensure KPIs are met.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current social media trends (especially TikTok) to ensure content aligns with brand goals and viral potential.
