Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance dealer performance across aftersales, and operational standards to ensure consistent business excellence.
Develop and expand the dealer network by evaluating dealer performance, identifying business opportunities, and supporting new dealer establishment projects.
Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Management or Engineering,
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dealer Network Development, Dealer Management, or Area Aftersales, within the passenger vehicle automotive industry.
Fluent in English both written and oral.
