About the role
We are seeking a talented Junior Business Development professional to join Altius Hospitals Puri Indah in Jakarta Barat. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of our healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities
Supervised and monitored team’s work output to ensure quality and deadlines aligned with company objectives
Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify industry trends
Develop and maintain relationships between Director and all divisions team member (Medical & Non Medical)
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of business development strategies with organizational capabilities
Support the execution of approved business development projects and initiatives
Contribute to the development of corporate strategy documentation and strategic plans
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at various levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business analysis tools
Strategic thinking capability with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and solving business problems
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
