Responsibilities will include the following:
1. Encode and process sales orders accurately in Acumatica and Excel while meeting tight timelines
2. Monitor stock movements and analyze data to prepare timely, error-free monitoring reports and purchase orders.
3. Coordinate directly with warehouse, accounting, and sales departments to keep inventory and sales aligned.
4. Maintain organized records and double -check entries to ensure absolute accuracy in all computations.
5. Solve order-related concerns independently and tackle other dynamic tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- With proven experience handling inventory system
- College graduate of any course
- Amenable to work Mon-Sat
- Can start asap
- prefer course accountancy or equivalent to that course (e.g bs in math, bsba financial management etc.)
