Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Officer. University students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in acquiring and maintaining high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
Identify client needs and support the development of suitable financial service and business cooperation proposals.
Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, networking events, and follow-up activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collect relevant market and client information.
Support other business development initiatives and project execution.
Qualifications:
Currently studying at or graduated from a leading university in Indonesia.
Majoring in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
For graduates, preferably no more than three years of professional work experience.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written business communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, responsible, and confident in engaging with clients and business partners.
Willing to attend client meetings, networking events, and business functions when required, including occasional activities outside regular working hours.
Strong interest in financial services, key account management, sales, or business development.
Relevant internship, organizational, sales, or client-facing experience is an advantage.
