Job Description
Responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process for indirect materials and services to ensure the availability of operational support requirements with the best quality, competitive cost, timely delivery, and compliance with company purchasing policies.
Job Specification
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines), Management, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Buyer, Purchasing, or Procurement roles, preferably handling indirect materials and services in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, PO processing, and delivery coordination.
Knowledge of supplier evaluation and vendor management, including quotation analysis, vendor onboarding, price agreements, blanket purchase orders, and service contract management.
Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP or other purchasing/procurement systems, is an advantage.
Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills, with proven experience working directly with local suppliers, industrial distributors, and service providers.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
