Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Mandatory: Valid International CCNA certification.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and other networking technologies.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in power distribution, electrical installation, and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience in fiber optic (FO) and LAN cabling, installation, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Highly motivated, creative, disciplined, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities
Install and deploy ICT hardware and software based on project or client requirements.
Configure systems and network infrastructure to ensure optimal availability, performance, and reliability.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot ICT systems at project sites or client locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Provide technical training and end-user support for newly implemented systems and applications.
Assist users in troubleshooting technical issues and responding to technical inquiries.
Prepare detailed installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports for both internal documentation and client reference.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure all project-related information is up to date.
