What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound collection activities for financial accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Review customer accounts and recommend suitable payment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates.
Who We're Looking For
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate (completed at least 2nd year), or College Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year collections experience is required.
- US/AU applicants: Collections experience must be from a banking or financial services account.
- UK applicants: Collections experience from any industry is accepted.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with international customers.
