WE ARE HIRING – Accounting & Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
Assist to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with payroll and bank reconciliation.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and office coordination.
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in accounting and administrative work is an advantage.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Honest, dependable, and able to work independently.
Willing to perform both accounting and administrative responsibilities.
