About the role
We are seeking a talented and diligent Corporate Legal Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and advice to various departments within our company. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our operations and business practices adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents
Conducting legal research and providing well-reasoned legal opinions on complex matters
Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
Min. 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance-related role, preferably from Mining Industry
Excellent understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
