TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:
Handling complaint and incident as per standard operating procedure
Oversee Front Office operation and follow up assignment provided by Front Office Manager
Report and communicate the matter occurs to other Department and Senior Management
Make Daily Operation Report
Support Project available and repot to senior management
Coordinate with other Department to solve the Problem
Check Building security and Safety system
Maintain resident satisfaction and communicate to others
Make good relationships to resident, tenant, vendor and government
