Location: Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting schedule, including night shifts and split days off
Salary: ?19,000–?28,000, depending on BPO experience
We are hiring for a client’s Logistics and E-commerce Blended Account supporting a US-based client.
Job Scope:
- 80% calls and 20% email/ticket support
- Assist customers with online orders and order management
- Handle order status, delivery, cancellation, and other concerns
Qualifications:
- SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months of BPO voice experience
- Applicants without BPO experience may apply
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
