Prepare BIR reports and other accounting reports.
Issue and process Sales Invoices.
Handle bank transactions, payroll withdrawals, and payments.
Coordinate with the external accounting agency.
Prepare periodic reports for management and the Japan head office.
Support purchasing-related accounting tasks and learn IMPEX procedures.
Most accounting tasks are transactions with the company's head office in Japan, so the workload is generally manageable. This allows the successful candidate to use available time to learn IMPEX-related tasks and develop new skills, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance their professional expertise and increase their market value.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
2–3 years of accounting experience.
Experience in BIR reporting and Sales Invoice processing.
Knowledge of bank transactions and payment processing.
Willing to learn IMPEX/purchasing procedures.
Preferably residing in Cavite or nearby areas.

Overtime is generally not required. However, employees may work overtime if they wish to earn additional income or gain experience in other tasks.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00-16:00
