Objektif Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan administrasi tunjangan karyawan seperti persalinan, duka cita, pernikahan karyawan, dll.

  • Menangani administrasi klaim kesehatan pegawai (BPJS dan asuransi kesehatan lainnya).

  • Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara karyawan dan perusahaan terkait kebijakan SDM dan benefit SDM

  • Melaksanakan segala kebijakan, instruksi, tugas dan arahan pimpinan yang ditetapkan kemudian.

Persyaratan Jabatan:

  • Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Semua Jurusan.

  • Pengalaman kerja: 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama

  • Kemampuan / Keahlian:

    • Menguasai Ms. Excel

    • Dapat menggunakan HRIS (Sunfish)

  • Kriteria khusus: Bersedia ditempatkan di Pantai Indah Kapuk.
