We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Wedding Sales Consultant to drive wedding business growth by acquiring new clients and providing exceptional consultation experiences. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end wedding sales process, from generating leads, understanding client needs, closing deals, and coordinating with venues and vendors to ensure successful events.
Requirements :
- Generate leads and actively approach potential wedding clients
- Conduct wedding consultations and understand clients’ needs, concepts, budgets, and preferences
- Recommend suitable venues and wedding packages from our partner venues
- Prepare wedding proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the wedding journey
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event preparation
- Monitor wedding event arrangements and ensure excellent client experience until event completion
- Achieve assigned wedding sales targets and revenue goals
