Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Network Engineering.
At least 1 year of work experience in the networking field.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP concepts.
Knowledge of switching and routing.
Proficient in network devices such as MikroTik and Cisco.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Patient, friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Willing to work shifts, including public holidays.
Job Descriptions :
Provide customer support related to network and system services.
Set up and analyze Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) using PRTG.
Set up and analyze Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) using Zabbix.
Configure and troubleshoot switching and routing systems.
Perform maintenance on Linux servers.
Prepare and deliver regular service reports.
