Jobdesk:
Sales Reporting
- create daily sales report (EOD): revenue by treatment/category/provider, payment method, promo/discount, refunds/voids, deposit.
- monitor achievement vs target and highlight gaps, abnormal discounts, and cashier variance.
- coordinate with finance for reconciliation and documentation completeness
Usage/Treatment Reporting
- compile treatment/usage report: sessions by treatment type and provider; capacity utilization (doctor chair time/bed)
-ensure service documentation completeness (codes,notes, consent as required)
- flag discrepancies (service delivered vs billed mismatch) for investigation
Stock Movement (Iventory Control)
-control stock in/out for consumables, retail product, high-value clinical items, and device consumables
-implement FIFO/FEFO, perform critical stock check, and run monthly stock opname with variance explanations
- manage reorder request and receiving check (quantity, batch,expiry)
Manpower Management
- create and manage rosters for doctor,nurse,therapist,BC, cashier/admin, housekeeping, technician
- conduct shift briefieng, task allocation, and real-time queue coordination
-enforce SOP dicipline (attendance, grooming, service standart) and document incidents/escalations to HR/Manager
- support onboarding and training checklist completion
Building & device readiness (routine maintenance coordination)
-maintain preventive maintenance schedule for device, AC, Electrical, IT/POS peripherals, and clinic facilities
-coordinate vendors/technicians, track dwontime, and keep service records
-ensure daily readiness and safety check; escalate any risk immediately
General Daily Log Reporting
-produce daily operations log (eod) : patient volume highlight, sales summary, staffing issue, stock alert, facility/device issue, complaints/incidents, and next day action list.
- maintain open issues tracker until closure
Qualifications:
D3/S1 preferred; strong operational mindset
2-4 years supervisor experience in clinic/beauty/retail/hospitally operations
strong excel/google sheet reporting skills (basic formulas, pivot a plus)
leadership, attention to detail, integrity (money/stock/data), calm under pressure
