A gardener is responsible for maintaining plants, yards, and gardens within the work area to ensure they remain beautiful, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. The role focuses on sustaining the health and appearance of parks and gardens while keeping the environment clean and orderly.
What you'll be doing & Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the beauty and neatness of parks, yards, and gardens.
Plant, prune, fertilize, and water plants according to schedule.
Ensure the cleanliness of the park and garden areas.
Monitor plant health and apply treatments for pests or diseases when necessary.
Operate and maintain gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
Support landscaping and design efforts to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic English is mandatory
Knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
Ability to operate gardening equipment safely.
Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining aesthetics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality, hotel services, or a related field is preferred.
