This role is the bridge between the company's financial data and management decision-making — you will collect data from the Finance & Accounting team, turn it into sharp analysis, and present it in well-crafted weekly and monthly reports and presentations for the Director.
Job Description
Collect, consolidate, and validate financial and operational data from Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT), Sales Business Development (SBD), Purchasing, and other related departments.
Analyze financial performance, including revenue trends, cost structures, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and key business performance indicators.
Prepare accurate and insightful weekly and monthly management reports for the Director.
Develop high-quality presentation materials (PowerPoint) for management meetings, business reviews, strategic discussions, and decision-making.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve reporting dashboards and performance trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Respond promptly to ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from the Director and management team.
Identify trends, variances, and potential business risks, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all financial and business information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and support continuous business performance improvement.
