Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably in automotive, electric vehicle, manufacturing, or assembly industries.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Warehouse Management, Inventory Accuracy, Logistics, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, planning, and cross-functional coordination abilities, with the capability to manage teams and achieve production and inventory targets.
Job Descriptions :
Develop and manage production planning, material planning, and inventory strategies to ensure timely material availability and support smooth electric vehicle assembly operations.
Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuing, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and logistics activities while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Monitor inventory levels, material shortages, slow-moving and obsolete stock, and coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize inventory and minimize production disruptions.
Establish and improve PPIC and warehouse procedures, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and cost effectiveness.
Prepare operational reports, production planning analysis, inventory performance, warehouse performance, and material availability for management while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
