We are seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant in the Real Estate Industry to join our team. The role involves handling leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while driving strong sales performance and maximizing property conversion opportunities.
Preferably candidates who are located around the Bukit Peninsula area: Jimbaran, Ungasan, Pecatu, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua.
Job Description:
- Assist clients in buying properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide market insights, pricing guidance, and property recommendations
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful transaction closures
- Follow up with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, admin, marketing) when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local property market
- Able to ride motorbike and not afraid working outside of the office
